Company Wi-Fi (Enterprise)

For offices and campuses: staff sign in with their own account instead of a shared password, from 100 to 5,000 devices; for more, contact Sales.

  • Company users: make users and groups in the Console, or import a CSV. Each group sets devices per person, speed and, if you use them, a VLAN.
  • Company sign-in: staff sign in with their Microsoft 365 (Entra ID) or Google Workspace account on the sign-in page. This works at locations with a Hotspot Server, and a sign-in lasts 12 hours.
  • WPA2/WPA3-Enterprise: each device joins with its own account and is encrypted on its own. Run it on the Hotspot Server, or point access points that support it at our RADIUS.
  • Staff setup page: send staff the link; they sign in and download a settings file for iPhone, Mac, Android or Windows, and the device then joins by itself. It works once a Wi-Fi name (SSID) and WPA2/WPA3-Enterprise are set on at least one Hotspot Server.
  • Your own domain for the sign-in page, such as wifi.example.com, and as many Hotspot Servers as the place needs.

Each branch can have several Hotspot Servers. They keep the users themselves, so people still sign in while the line is down. A place with no Hotspot Server points its access points at that location’s own RADIUS in the cloud, kept apart from every other customer.
  • With Hotspot Servers: pick Gateway or Transparent per machine (see Set up equipment). The machine answers WPA2/WPA3-Enterprise for the branch’s access points itself, and can put staff on a VLAN by group.
  • With your own access points or routers: the location gets its own RADIUS in the cloud, kept apart from other customers, for codes, user accounts and WPA2/WPA3-Enterprise.

Enterprise locations can’t be linked to a Business Apps shop; shop Wi-Fi uses the S to XL packages. Contact us through a ticket if you’re not sure which fits.
