Travellers book trips straight from your website, and full departures close themselves

Customers asking about availability on every channel, names on paper, and not enough seats in the van. Present your trips in Thai and English and let customers book a departure themselves; full departures close and deposits go to your account.

A tour website that sells trips

  • Start from a template or let the AI draft trip pages, itineraries, meeting points and what is included.
  • Add photos and video from real trips or use the stock media included. Pages fit phones automatically.
  • Publish Thai, English and Lao in one site, with a Google title and description on every page (Starter and up).

Book departures

  • Add each trip or activity as a service with its length, price, bookings per departure and maximum people per booking.
  • Set departure times, days off and minimum notice, such as at least 1 day ahead.
  • Take a percentage deposit by PromptPay straight to your account, and collect the rest in cash on the day.
  • Confirmation and reminder emails before the trip, and guides or admins add phone or chat bookings to the same schedule.
  • 0% commission on every booking from your own website.

Frequently asked questions

Can foreign travellers pay by credit card?

Not yet: there is no online card payment. Customers pay deposits by PromptPay (or LaoQR for businesses in Laos), or set the price to 0 so they book free and pay cash at the meeting point.

How much is tour booking?

The Business Apps base fee $2.90 plus appointments $2.90, $5.80 per site a month, on a Starter or Business site; Business includes the base fee and 2 tools free for one site.

How do full departures stop taking bookings?

Set the bookings per departure (such as vans or boats) and the maximum people per booking. Once full, nobody can add to it, from the site or from staff.
