Store files, images and backups, pay for what you use with nothing to reserve
Space grows as you use it, on our own storage system, and you pay for the space and requests you actually use. Call it through our API, or with the S3 tools your team already uses.
What to keep in it
- Backups: copy files and database dumps from your servers with AWS CLI or rclone.
- App files: images, video and documents your users upload through your app.
- Public files: make just one folder public, such as images/, so your website can load pictures without a key.
- Files for customers: create a download or upload link for one file that expires by itself, after 7 days at most.
Fine-grained access
- Files are private from the start, until you make a whole bucket or just some folders public.
- Each access key says which buckets and folders it may use, whether it can read, list, write or delete, and when it expires.
- Change a key’s rules at any time and it takes effect within seconds. Give each app its own key, so a leaked key is the only one you revoke.
- Every upload is checked for integrity before it is stored, and every file is kept in several copies.
Works with the tools you have
- S3-compatible: AWS CLI, rclone and S3-capable apps work straight away; just point them at our endpoint.
- Our own API under /v1 is plain HTTP and JSON built on IETF standards, with SDKs for Go, Python and Node.js.
- Every region uses the same endpoint, objects.thailandhosting.com, with the bucket’s region named.
- Up to 5 GB per upload or part, 10,000 parts for a large file, and 100 buckets and 50 access keys per Project.
- Billed for space stored (the largest size in each 5-minute pass), requests and data sent out. Data in is free, and there is no monthly minimum.

Does it work with AWS CLI and other S3 tools?
Yes. AWS CLI, rclone and S3-capable apps work straight away: use your access key, set the endpoint to objects.thailandhosting.com and set the region to the bucket’s region.
How is Object Storage billed?
By space stored per GB-month, from about $2.91 per 100 GB a month, plus requests and data sent out. Data in is free and there is no monthly minimum. Each region’s rates are on the pricing page.
Where are my files stored?
You pick a region when you create a bucket, and its files stay in that region.
Can anyone open images on my website?
Yes. Make the whole bucket or a folder public and its files open without a key. Data sent out and reads are billed to your Project, so never keep personal data in a public folder.
