Players message to ask whether a court is free, you check the sheet and answer one by one, and sometimes two bookings land on the same court because they were written in different places. Let players see open slots, book and pay the deposit on your own website.
Book courts by the slot
- Add each kind of court as a service, such as badminton for 1 hour, with its price and how many courts you have. Each slot takes no more bookings than that
- Set opening hours, closed days, how often slots start, how far ahead people must book and how many days ahead they may
- Take a deposit by PromptPay into your account, send an email reminder, and choose how many hours before the slot players may cancel online
- Staff enter phone and walk-in bookings in the same schedule, so they never clash with online ones
Sell more and bring players back
- Sell drinks and shuttlecocks or rent rackets at the counter with the point of sale, and count the cash at every shift

How much is court booking?
The Business Apps base $2.90 plus appointments $2.90, $5.80 per site per month in total; members and coupons add $1.90. It works on a Starter or Business website, and the Business package includes the base and 2 modules free for one site. No percentage is taken from court fees
Can a player book 2 hours at once?
Each booking lasts as long as its service. With 1-hour slots, a player who wants 2 hours books two slots in a row
Can players choose a court number?
Yes, if you add each court as its own service, such as Court 1 and Court 2. With one service for all courts, the system counts the free courts and staff assign one when the player arrives
How many bookings can I take a month?
Per site per month, Starter takes 300 bookings and Business 5,000. Bookings staff enter for phone and walk-in players do not count
