Step by step, following the numbers
- The customer opens your shop site (or scans the QR code on the table), picks from the menu, products or booking times, and places the order.
- The customer chooses PromptPay, scans the QR code for the exact amount with their banking app, then taps I’ve paid.
- The order shows up on your orders page right away (and on the kitchen display, for restaurants on the Business plan).
- The shop checks its banking app to make sure the money really arrived. The system doesn’t check slips or amounts for you.
- The shop clicks Payment received. The order status changes and the customer gets a receipt.

Every system shares the same shop data. You can turn systems on or off later, and your menu, products and order history stay. Shops in Laos can take kip through LaoQR (see Shops in Laos).
