What it costs
- The add-on is $8.90 per site per 30 days, on Starter and Business; Business includes 1 site free.
- 0% commission on every order and booking. Customers pay the shop’s PromptPay or cash at the shop.
- Per site each month: Starter 500 orders, 300 bookings · Business 5,000 orders, 3,000 bookings.
- Turn it on mid-month and pay only for the days left; turn it off any time and it runs to the end of the cycle.
Frequently asked questions
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
No. There is no commission on orders or bookings; you pay only the per-site add-on. Customers pay the shop’s PromptPay directly.
Does it work on the Free plan?
No. Business Apps works on the Starter and Business plans, with sites built in the drag-and-drop builder.
Can I see past sales?
Yes. There is a monthly sales report and a best-sellers list, and on Business you can download CSV files for your accounts.
