Turn on the Business Apps add-on and your website works for your shop. Customers order or book from their phone and pay your PromptPay directly. We never hold your money and never take a cut of your sales.
Everything in one add-on
- Online ordering: a menu or product list on your site, QR table ordering and takeaway. On Business, a kitchen display shows orders live.
- Counter / till: ring up sales, run table bills, count the till at the end of a shift, and print receipts and simplified tax invoices.
- Online store: stock is deducted for you so you never oversell; set shipping and add tracking numbers.
- Appointments and rooms: appointments with deposits and email reminders, and rooms by the night or by the month, never double booked. Pull in the nights booked on Airbnb, Booking.com and Agoda.
- Members and coupons: discount codes (5 on Starter, 100 on Business), and points collected by phone number on Business.
- Shops in Laos: price your shop in kip; customers scan the shop’s own LaoQR with the amount filled in, and receipts can be in Lao.
- Shop-staff logins: staff see orders and bookings with their own account, not the owner’s password.
What it costs
- The add-on starts at $5.80 per site per 30 days: a base fee plus only the tools you turn on, never more than $14.90 with every tool. On Starter and Business; Business includes the base fee and 2 tools on 1 site.
- Base fee $2.90 plus each tool: online ordering, counter/till and appointments $2.90 each · nightly rooms and monthly rentals $3.90 each · OTA calendar sync $2.90 · members and coupons $1.90.
- 0% commission on every order and booking. Customers pay the shop’s PromptPay (Thailand) or LaoQR (Laos), or cash at the shop.
- Per site each month: Starter 2,000 orders, 300 bookings · Business 20,000 orders, 5,000 bookings.
- Business runs 2 branches on one site, each with its own address, hours and PromptPay, and up to 20 more at $3.90 a branch a month.
- Turn it on mid-month and pay only for the days left; turn it off any time and it runs to the end of the cycle.
Frequently asked questions
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
No. There is no commission on orders or bookings; you pay only the per-site add-on. Customers pay the shop’s PromptPay directly.
Does it work on the Free plan?
No. Business Apps works on the Starter and Business plans, with sites built in the drag-and-drop builder.
Can I see past sales?
Yes. There is a monthly sales report and a best-sellers list, and on Business you can download CSV files for your accounts.
