Solutions · PromptPay payments

Customers pay your PromptPay straight from your website

Customers message you to order, you send your account number, then wait for a slip and type the amount back. Let them order on your site and scan a PromptPay QR with the exact amount already in it; the money lands in your account, not ours.

How it works

  • Enter your PromptPay number (mobile, ID card or tax ID, or e-Wallet) and account name in the shop settings.
  • The customer orders or books and sees a PromptPay QR for the exact amount, then pays with any Thai banking app.
  • They tap “I’ve paid”, you check your banking app and mark the order paid.
  • Offer cash at the shop or cash on delivery as well, if you like.

Where you can take it

  • Online orders and takeaway, QR table ordering, online store, appointments with deposits, and room bookings.
  • Business runs 2 branches on one site, each with its own PromptPay.
  • Shops in Laos take LaoQR instead, with the amount filled in.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a fee per payment?

No. Money goes from the customer’s bank straight to yours. You pay only the plan and the Business Apps add-on, from $5.80 per site a month.

Does the system check that the money arrived?

No. We never see or hold the money, so check your banking app before you mark an order paid.

Can I take credit cards?

Not yet. Customers pay by PromptPay or cash.
