Book classes and trainers
- Add each class or session as a service with its length, price (0 = free) and the places per session (such as mats or spots); once full, it closes.
- Customers pick the service, day, time and trainer themselves.
- Set opening hours, special closures, minimum notice and how far ahead people can book.
- Take deposits by PromptPay to your account, send email reminders before the session, and confirm bookings automatically if you like.
- Staff add phone and walk-in bookings to the same schedule without clashes, and mark no-shows.
Bring regulars back
- Loyalty points by phone number (Business) and discount codes for bookings (Starter 5 · Business 100).
- Sell drinks, protein or gear at the counter with the counter tool, and count the till each shift.
- Reports show bookings and the 10 most popular classes.
- Pair it with Wi-Fi Hotspot for members’ Wi-Fi, with logs kept as Thai law requires.
Frequently asked questions
How much is class booking?
The Business Apps base fee $2.90 plus appointments $2.90, $5.80 per site a month; loyalty and coupons add $1.90. It runs on Starter or Business, and Business includes the base fee and 2 tools free for one site. No percentage of class fees.
Can I sell monthly memberships or class packs?
Not yet: there are no recurring memberships or session counters. Customers book and pay per session, or set a class price of 0 so members book free and pay their membership at the counter.
How do you stop a class overfilling?
Set the places per session; each booking takes one. Once full, nobody can add to it, from the site or from staff.
How many bookings a month?
Per site per month: Starter 300 and Business 5,000 online bookings. Phone and walk-in bookings your staff add do not count.
