Create a new project
- Click the project picker at the top of the left menu, or the All projects menu.
- Click Create project, give it a name, then confirm.
An account can have 10 projects on any package. Each project picks its own package (one Free website per account).
Invite members
- Go to Members & permissions (IAM) and click Invite members.
- Enter email addresses (separate several with commas or new lines, up to 50 at a time) and choose a role.
- Click Send invitation. We email the invitation right away (Invitation emailed) and also show a link you can Copy link to send yourself.
- The invitee opens the link in the email, or signs in with the invited email and finds the invitation on All projects, then clicks Accept invitation.
The invite link is shown only once for copying and works for 7 days. If your teammate doesn’t get the email, ask them to check their spam folder, or click New link and send it yourself by LINE (the old link stops working right away).

Move a project to another account
Hand a whole project, with its websites, services, domains and package, to another account, for example when you built a site for a client. Nothing moves until the recipient confirms.
- In Members & permissions (IAM), on the Settings tab, click Move project (Owner only).
- Read what moves and what stays. If the page lists things to fix first, such as money left in the project wallet or a package to renew, fix them and try again.
- Enter the recipient’s account email. Tick Keep me in the project as an admin if you still look after the site for them.
- Enter your password (and your authenticator code if two-step sign-in is on), type the project name shown, then click Send move request.
- The recipient opens the link in the email within 72 hours, reviews it and clicks Accept project, or Decline.
- Past top-ups, tax invoices, usage charges and your support tickets stay with your account.
- Money doesn’t move between accounts: move the wallet balance to another of your projects first.
- Git tokens are removed and invitations not yet accepted are cancelled. Database and mail passwords stay the same, so the recipient should change them.
Delete a project
In Members & permissions (IAM), on the Settings tab, under Danger zone, click Delete project, type the project name exactly, then click Delete permanently (Owner only). The project must have no websites, services or NAT Gateway left, its wallet must be at 0, and there must be no unpaid usage.
If something goes wrong
A member opens the link and sees “คำเชิญนี้ส่งถึงอีเมลอื่น” (This invitation was sent to a different email)
They’re signed in with a different account. Ask them to click Switch account and sign in with the email you invited.
It says “คำเชิญไม่ถูกต้องหรือหมดอายุ” (The invitation is invalid or has expired)
The link is more than 7 days old, or someone has already clicked New link. Ask the project owner to click New link and send it again.
I can’t create a project; it says I’ve reached the maximum number of projects
An account can have 10 projects. Delete a project you don’t use, or contact us to raise the limit.
I can’t delete a project
Any project can be deleted once it has no websites, services or NAT Gateway left. If its wallet still has money, click Move balance to move it to another of your projects first, and settle any unpaid usage.
The recipient didn’t get the move request, or the link has expired
Ask them to check their spam folder. The link works for 72 hours; after that, click Cancel move and send a new request. Projects under an Enterprise contract are moved by our team: open a ticket.
