- Open the sign-up page.
- Enter your Contact name, Email and a Password of at least 8 characters, then type the password again.
- Under Sign up as, choose An individual or A company (juristic person). For a company, enter the registered company name, the 13-digit tax ID, Head office or the 5-digit branch code, and the registered address (used for full tax invoices).
- Tick the box to accept the terms of use, then click Create account and start designing.
- You go straight into the Console, with your first project and the Free plan ready.
Next time, go to the sign-in page and use the same email and password. You stay signed in for 7 days.
After you sign up, we send a confirmation email to your address. You must open the confirmation link before you can create a Container, Database, Cache or Mail server (until then the create page says Confirm your email to create a Service). Websites and Static Web can be created right away. If the email doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder or click Resend confirmation email.
Use an email address you actually read. Your teammates will invite you to projects using this email.
If something goes wrong
It says “ไม่สามารถสมัครด้วยอีเมลนี้ได้” (This email can’t be used to sign up)
This email already has an account. Go to the sign-in page instead, or sign up with a different email.
It says “อีเมลหรือรหัสผ่านไม่ถูกต้อง” (Incorrect email or password)
Check that the email is typed correctly, and that the Thai keyboard or Caps Lock wasn’t left on while typing your password.
It says “ลองใหม่ภายหลัง” (Try again later)
There were too many sign-in or sign-up attempts in a short time, or 5 wrong passwords within 15 minutes. Wait a little (up to 15 minutes) and try again.
It says “บัญชีนี้ถูกล็อกชั่วคราวเพราะใส่รหัสผ่านผิดหลายครั้ง” (This account is temporarily locked after too many wrong passwords)
A wrong password was entered 50 times in one day, so the account is locked until the password is reset. Click Forgot password? on the sign-in page to unlock it.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?, enter the email you signed up with, then click Send reset link. Open the link in the email within 60 minutes, set a new password and click Save new password. Other devices that were signed in are signed out. You can request up to 3 links per hour. If the email doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder.
It says “บัญชีนี้ถูกระงับการใช้งานโดยทีมงาน” (This account has been suspended by our team)
Our team has put your account on hold. Read the reason shown after the message. You can’t sign in meanwhile, so you can’t open a ticket from the Console. Contact us through the contact form or the report form, which work without signing in, and include the email you signed up with.
It says “Sign-ups are paused”
We’re not taking new sign-ups for a while. Please come back and sign up later.
