Turn it on site by site in the console and pick only the tools the shop uses: mid-month you pay only for the days left, then it renews with your package each month end. Add or turn off tools any time.
AI use and anything over your quota is charged from your wallet as you use it. Other services, such as Containers and Databases, are billed hourly by resources, and Object Storage by the space and requests you use. Organisations that need custom quotas can get an Enterprise plan by contract. See current quotas and prices in the console after you sign up.

Paying yearly: the package for the next 12 months is paid ahead at 10 months’ price (the month you start is charged separately for the days left). How top-ups and billing work
Prepaid: you see the amount before you confirm, and can look back at what every charge was for.
A wallet per project
Every service in a project is paid from that project’s wallet. The balance is kept in US dollars and never expires; the Owner can move it to another of their projects.
How to top up
PromptPay (baht) or Bitcoin, from US$5 a top-up before VAT. Our team checks the payment and emails you when it is in your wallet. View it in baht, dollars or kip.
Monthly packages
Website packages and Business Apps are paid in advance; the first month is charged for the days left, and they renew on the last day of the month at 23:59 (Thailand time). Upgrades apply at once for the difference; downgrades at the next renewal. Wi-Fi Hotspot is per location and can be paid yearly.
Cloud services as you use them
Container, Database, Cache, Mail and NAT Gateway are charged by size and hours running; Object Storage, the API and outbound data by volume. Charges are taken every few minutes and shown as one line a day in the wallet history.
When the balance runs low
Website packages get a 5-day grace period (not on the first renewal); cloud services 72 hours (24 hours for new accounts). Top up and services come back on their own, but cloud data unpaid for 30 days is deleted.
Tax invoices and refunds
Tax invoices for your top-ups stay in your account; company accounts add the company name and tax ID. Unused top-ups can be refunded to a bank account within 30 days, except Bitcoin top-ups.

Pricing and payment questions
Do the prices include VAT?
No. VAT is charged once, when you top up: 7% in baht and dollars, 10% in kip. Charges taken from the wallet after that carry no further VAT.
Is the baht price what I am actually charged?
The wallet is charged in US dollars, the small figure under each price. Baht and kip prices are converted at the exchange rate we use, to make them easy to read, so they can differ slightly.
Do I need a credit card?
No. You top up in advance by PromptPay or Bitcoin. We never ask for a card, so nothing is charged automatically; charges come only from the project’s wallet.
Is there a minimum term? Can I cancel?
There is no minimum term; packages are monthly. Cloud services can be deleted any time and stop being charged at once. To stop a paid website package, open a ticket to our team from the console. Enterprise customers follow their contract.
Does wallet money expire? Can I get it back?
It never expires. Unused top-ups can be refunded to a bank account, VAT included, within 30 days. Credits from our team, money moved in from another project and Bitcoin top-ups cannot be paid out, but they still pay for services as normal.
How is AI charged?
Using AI to build your site is charged to the wallet by what you actually use and is not part of the package price. Building and editing by drag and drop has no AI charge.
How is traffic (outbound data) charged?
Inbound data is free. Outbound data from cloud services is charged per GB (see the Network tab) and gets cheaper past 15 TB a month. Websites use their package’s quota; anything past it is charged to the wallet as used.
Are there discounts or promotions?
Wi-Fi Hotspot paid yearly costs 10 months for 12. Services in Preview may be discounted, and from time to time there are promo codes to apply to a project. Organizations can agree contract prices with Sales.
How do I know the total before I sign up?
Use the pricing calculator: pick the packages and services you need, set their sizes, and see the estimated monthly cost and the top-up with VAT. You can copy a link to the estimate to share it.
