FAQ

Good to know before you sign up

I have never built a website. Can I really use this?

Yes. It is designed for people who have never built a site. Start from a template and swap in your own text and photos. If you get stuck, let the AI draft something first and adjust it from there.

How long can I use it for free?

The Free plan never expires. It suits trying things out and small sites. Upgrade later when you need more quota. Nothing is charged to a card automatically, because we never ask for card details in the first place.

Does the AI cost money?

AI use is charged from your wallet balance by how much you use. Building and editing your site yourself with drag and drop has no AI charge.

How do I pay?

It is prepaid. Top up in baht, US dollars or Lao kip, with VAT charged once when you top up. Plans and usage are both taken from the same wallet, so you can never spend more than you have topped up.

If my wallet runs short at renewal, will my site disappear?

No. You get a 5-day grace period to top up. After that, the site is paused until you top up, and all your data and designs stay intact.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrading from Starter to Business takes effect immediately and you pay only the difference for the rest of the month. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. There are no fees.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Starter and above can connect your own domain, and HTTPS certificates are issued for you automatically. On the Free plan your site is published on our web address, also with HTTPS.

Do you offer WordPress hosting?

Yes. Launch WordPress, already installed with its own private MariaDB database and HTTPS, from the console. Open wp-admin in one click, manage plugins and themes, and get automatic backups.

Where are your servers?

Our servers are in Bangkok, Thailand. Your site can be opened from any country.

Can I get email on my own domain?

Yes. The Mail service gives you email on your own domain. Use it in Webmail or in apps such as Outlook and Apple Mail, and we prepare the MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records and check that they are set correctly.

I write code. What else can I use?

Edit HTML and CSS in code mode, connect a Git repo to deploy sites built with Next.js, Astro, Vite and other frameworks, run containers from a Docker image, and open PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB or Redis databases, all in the same account.

Which languages are supported?

The console works in Thai, English and Lao, with Thai as the main language, and you can top up in baht, US dollars or kip.
