- Webhooks tell your system the moment an order comes in, a bill closes, a Wi-Fi code is used or a Wi-Fi box goes offline. Signed with HMAC, at no charge.
- The first 10,000 calls each month per Project are free; above that, billed per 10,000 calls. Rejected calls and our own errors are never charged.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a website with you?
No. Business Apps API is an API-only shop: your system is the shop front. Such a shop has no staff screens on our side; everything is read and changed through the API.
How are API calls billed?
The first 10,000 calls each month per Project are free; above that, billed per 10,000 calls, with separate read and write prices. Business Apps API also bills the shop’s database by its size. Webhooks are free. See the pricing page for current rates.
Can a shop on my website switch to an API shop?
No. Website shops and API shops are separate, but website shops can send webhooks to your system too.
Is the API ready for production?
The API is in Preview. It works today, but features and prices may change, so it is not yet recommended for critical work.
