Points by phone number (Business)
- Set how many points each ฿100 earns and how many points make a discount.
- Points are credited when an order is completed or a bill is paid; cancelled orders earn nothing.
- Search customers by phone or name, see their visits and spending, and adjust points by hand with a note.
- The customer list works on every package; a customer is saved with their first order.
Discount codes
- Percentage off, amount off or free delivery, with a minimum order.
- Limit total uses and uses per phone number, and set start and end dates.
- Apply a code to orders, bookings or both. Starter has 5 live codes, Business 100.
- The sales report shows the discounts given and points spent.

Do customers need an app or a card?
No. Points are kept on their phone number.
What does it cost?
Members and coupons is $1.90 a month, added to a Business Apps shop with at least one selling tool: for example base fee $2.90 + online ordering $2.90 + members $1.90 = $7.70 per site a month. Points need the Business plan.
Do points work at the counter and online?
Yes. Staff enter the member’s phone on a table bill, and online orders earn points when they are completed.
