School Wi-Fi where students sign in with their own account and nobody shares a password

The staff room password reaches every student in the school within a day. Let students, teachers and staff sign in with the school accounts they already have, give each group its own speed and device limit, hand parents and visitors Wi-Fi codes, and have the log the law asks for kept for you.

The accounts the school already has

  • Students and teachers sign in with the school’s Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 (Entra ID) accounts, or with users you create in the console and import from CSV.
  • Split them into groups such as students, teachers and staff, each with its own devices per person, speed and VLAN.
  • WPA2/WPA3-Enterprise (802.1X): each device joins with its own account and its own encryption. Send a link to download setup files for iPhone, Mac, Android or Windows, and revoke a lost device at any time.

Parents, visitors and training days

  • Print 1–500 Wi-Fi codes at a time, each lasting 1 hour to 30 days, with a speed limit and a number of devices. Good for parents’ evenings, training days and guest speakers.
  • Cancel a code that should no longer work straight away.
  • Small tutoring centres need only Wi-Fi codes on an S or M package.

The whole campus

  • Point the access points you have (UniFi, Omada, Cisco and others) at our Cloud RADIUS, or place a Hotspot Server in each building, each with its own network and log.
  • Priced by the devices online at once, from 100 to 5,000 per location. Beyond that, contact sales.
  • When more people are online than the package covers, choose to keep new devices off or to pay per use.
  • Use the school’s own domain for the sign-in page, such as wifi.school.ac.th.

The Computer Crime Act log

  • Every connection is logged and kept for 90 days or 1 year, sealed in a hash chain.
  • Search by username, IP or MAC to see which device did what and when. Every look needs a reason and is recorded.

Frequently asked questions

Can students sign in with their school Google account?

Yes. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 (Entra ID) both work, on the sign-in page at locations with a Hotspot Server or through WPA2/WPA3-Enterprise.

Can teachers get more speed than students, or students one device each?

Yes. Each user group has its own devices per person, speed and VLAN.

Does a small school or tutoring centre need the organisation package?

No. If handing out Wi-Fi codes is enough, use Wi-Fi Hotspot S (30 devices, $9.90) or M (100 devices, $19.90). Signing in with school accounts and 802.1X come with Enterprise, from $19.90 for 100 devices.

Can the system and the log stay entirely inside the school?

Yes, with the Wi-Fi Hotspot Perpetual License installed on the school’s own machine for a one-time price. It has no Google or Microsoft sign-in and no 802.1X.
